1. Use this form for claims involving freight damage, overstock, order errors or shipping errors. Please do NOT use this form for warranty RMA requests.
2. Returns may be subject to a 30% restocking charge.
3. In the "Reason for Return" field, please select one of the following codes: CE (customer error, 30% restocking charge), CO (customer overstock, 230% restocking charge), FD (concealed freight damage), OE (Fluidra order entry error), SE (Fluidra shipping error), DU (duplicate), SC (see comments - explain in "Comments" field below).
4. For codes FD, OE and SE, Inside Sales will arrange for product to be returned.
